STEAMERS – VAP-D and VAP-I Model

The steaming plants can be created with the direct system (VAP-D) or in direct system (VAP-I). In the VAP-D system, the low pressure steam is injected directly inside the chamber through a stainless steel circuit. In the VAP-I system the steam is produced in a tank through the evaporation of water by means of a heat exchanger entirely in stainless steel and working with superheated water, steam or direct combustion fumes.

The main technical characteristics of the steamers are:

• structure entirely in aluminium with special extruded profiles;
• mineral wool insulation;
• monobloc or leaf door;
• heating system with stainless steel exchangers;
• overpressure system;
